Kimchi is good for the body and soul.  Enriched with probiotics and packed with vitamins, it's not only full of health benfits but can add spice and kick to your favorite foods - pizza, pasta, tacos, and more! At Mama Kim's, we're bringing Korean cuisine from farm to table, made with loving hands and a passion for innovation.


We currently make 3 varieties, each catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.



Sliced Kimchi - 맛김치

This is the traditional and most prevalent form of kimchi, served as a side dish, and cut to bite size slices.  It is made primarily of napa cabbage, or "baechu" in Korean.   At Mama Kim's, we make it using our own combination of chili powder, fruit, and seasonings. 

Vegan Sliced Kimchi - 비건 김치

A completely vegan version of sliced kimchi.

White Kimchi - 백김치

Baek-kimchi or white kimchi is a variety of kimchi made without the chili pepper powder commonly used for fermenting kimchi in Korean cuisine. Baek kimchi has a mild and clean flavor, which appeals to children and the elderly, to whom the regular kimchi might be too spicy.
